Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, people-oriented bank associate to join our branch team in Miami Beach. You’ll help customers with everyday financial needs, provide trusted advice, and build lasting relationships by understanding goals and offering clear solutions.

In this role you’ll engage customers, present digital banking options, and collaborate with specialists to tailor lending, savings, and payment strategies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify needs and build relationships.
• Proven ability to refer products and services.
• Comfort using digital technology to support business goals.
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers plan for goals like buying a home or opening credit cards.
• Introduce digital/mobile banking options and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
