Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Dedicated Client Liaison to support intake, coordination, and resolution of employee benefits inquiries for client organizations. You will work with HR, payroll, and benefits teams to translate benefits knowledge into practical solutions and ensure timely, clear communication.

This on-site role requires Spanish fluency, travel ~10% annually, and the ability to train client staff while guiding benefit administration and disability/leave programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years related experience.
• Fluent in Spanish is required for this role.
• Experience administering disability and absence.
• Knowledge of group insurance products and paid leave administration.
• Excellent customer service and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to administer client benefits.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide training and client-facing presentations.
• Assist with benefit claims submission and tracking.
• Support return-to-work processes and accommodations.
• Explain EOI requirements clearly to employees.
• Attend client meetings and share guidance on benefit administration.
