Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English and Spanish language skills required.
• Customer service experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment in the branch.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and cash devices as needed.
