Aufgaben

• Answer and direct calls from insureds, third parties, and other callers needing assistance.
• Assign new claims to the appropriate Claims Representative and provide claimant with contact information for the Representative.
• Open new files in the Electronic Loss Notice system for all lines, out-of-state claims, and accidental death claims.
• Process salvage items, including processing salvage checks, and entering recovery amounts into the system.
• Release batch check print jobs.
• Balance checks, issued from the Waco home office and small claims, on a daily basis.
• Balance recoveries, stop payments, and salvage payments for all regional and district offices.
• Review, prepare and index all mail forwarded from district and regional offices to ensure proper indexing for scanning.
• Other duties as assigned.
