Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience working with customers.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal/written Advanced).
• Ability to keyboard at 35 words per minute.
• Ability to interpret between English and Spanish using professional language.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls at the front desk and direct to the proper extension.
• Greet walk-in visitors and identify the purpose of visits.
• Provide Spanish/English interpretation for Child Welfare staff.
• Oversee lobby security and maintain lobby cleanliness throughout the day.
• Perform clerical duties including data entry, imaging/scanning, mail distribution, and packet assembly.
• Coordinate foster care review schedules and deliver court orders as needed.
• Assist with background checks and document preparation for meetings.
