Weld County Government’s Division of Child Welfare is seeking a front desk receptionist to greet visitors, answer general questions, and provide clerical support. The role emphasizes courteous, efficient customer service and teamwork within the Child Welfare team.
The ideal candidate will handle high-stress environments calmly, coordinate with other offices, and maintain reliable attendance Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. In-person work at Chase/Annex and satellites as required.
Serves as the initial engagement point for the Division of Child Welfare. Greets visitors in a courteous, efficient manner, with a focus on customer success. Answers general questions and helps customers. Works collaboratively with, and provides clerical and other support to, other members of the Child Welfare team.
Primary location will be at the Chase/Annex building, but employee may perform work at one of the other satellite offices when required. Reliable, predictable, attendance Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Reliable, predictable, attendance within designated scheduled hours. This position is in-person and not eligible for telework options.
