Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone inquiries using approved procedures and guidelines.
• Answer questions on issues such as child support payments history and account histories.
• Reset personal identification for callers unable to self-serve in IVR.
• Gather information, research inquiries, and document calls.
• Read and interpret documents on file.
• Retain a large amount of information for timely resolutions.
• Respond professionally to escalated calls when needed.
• Communicate options for resolution promptly to customers.
• Inform customers of services and resources available to them.
