Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains is seeking dedicated Chaplains to provide onsite spiritual care and confidential support to employees and their families across client sites. You will build trust, offer pastoral guidance, and coordinate with EAP resources as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visits employees or immediate family members at worksites weekly to build trust.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions and spiritual guidance.
• Assists with funerals, grief support, and referrals to specialized resources.
• Represents the organization in a manner consistent with ministry values.
