Marketplace Chaplains is seeking a part-time Chaplain to support employees and their families across client worksites. The role focuses on spiritual care, visitations, and confidential conversations in a supportive, faith-based environment.

The position involves weekly visits, ministry planning, and collaboration with employer teams. Candidates should be comfortable working in diverse settings and maintaining professional boundaries while sharing Christian values.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership, colleagues, and families.

• Computer proficiency with Google Suites or Microsoft Office.
• Must have an active state driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Visit company worksites regularly to build relationships and provide pastoral care.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions on personal issues as needed.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals, with follow-up support during grief periods.
• Support employee and family needs during emergencies or crises; refer to specialized services when needed.
• Represent ministry services to clients and employees as appropriate within contractual scope.
• Participate in new employee orientation to explain Employee Care Service and Chaplain role.
• Respond to duties requested by executive leadership within agreement scope.
