Keeper Security is hiring an experienced Bilingual Channel Sales Engineer (Italian or Spanish) to support the EMEA channel sales team. This hybrid role is for those near Cork, Ireland, or fully remote for elsewhere, with responsibilities spanning pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and collaboration with engineering to address customer needs.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a pre-sales tech role, bilingual in English and Italian or Spanish, and strong knowledge of Windows/AD,
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role
- Bilingual fluency in English and Italian or Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Windows/Active Directory knowledge; UNIX/Linux familiarity
- Technical background in networking and security; cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure)
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field; channel experience
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support for Keeper products for Channel partners in EMEA
- Demonstrate Keeper solutions through product demos and technical presentations
- Collaborate with product/engineering to stay updated on features and updates
- Deliver product trials and evaluations to partners; assist with implementations
- Travel up to 50% to meet customers and partners; engage with technical personnel to identify opportunities
