You will recruit, onboard, and nurture channel partners to maximize sales, drive market expansion, and boost brand awareness. The role requires Chinese and English fluency, 5+ years in marketing or sales (channel/partner management preferred), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Languages: Bilingual in Chinese and English (Required).
• Experience: 5+ years in marketing/sales, preferably in channel or partner management.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict‑resolution skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Traits: Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner Development: Recruit and onboard new channel partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Sales Management: Collaborate with partners to build business plans, evaluate performance, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue goals.
• Market Strategy: Analyze trends to increase brand awareness and educate partners on our product portfolio.
• Support & Coaching: Counsel partners to exceed expectations and promptly resolve conflicts or pricing concerns.
