Bluu, Inc. is seeking a full-time on-site Bilingual Partner Business Manager in Hackensack, NJ. You will recruit, onboard, and nurture channel partners to maximize sales, drive market expansion, and boost brand awareness across our POS and payments portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in marketing/sales, bilingual Korean and English, and strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Will travel up to 25% and coordinate with partners to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner Development: Recruit and onboard new channel partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Sales Management: Collaborate with partners to build business plans, evaluate performance, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue goals.
• Market Strategy: Analyze trends to increase brand awareness and educate partners on our product portfolio.
• Support & Coaching: Counsel partners to exceed expectations and promptly resolve conflicts or pricing concerns.
