Job summary

Bluu, Inc. is seeking a full-time Bilingual Partner Business Manager to develop and manage our channel business in Hackensack, NJ. You will recruit, onboard, and nurture channel partners to maximize sales and expand market presence.

Require 5+ years in marketing/sales, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Travel up to 25% may be involved and the role is on-site at UMS HQ, Hackensack, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and/or Chinese and/or Spanish is required.
• 5+ years in marketing/sales, preferably in channel or partner management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner Development: Recruit and onboard new channel partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Sales Management: Collaborate with partners to build business plans, evaluate performance, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue goals.
• Market Strategy: Analyze trends to increase brand awareness and educate partners on our product portfolio.
• Support & Coaching: Counsel partners to exceed expectations and promptly resolve conflicts or pricing concerns.
