Bluu, Inc. in Hackensack, NJ, is seeking a full-time on-site Bilingual Partner Business Manager to grow our channel business. You will recruit, onboard, and nurture channel partners to expand market reach and drive revenue.

Responsibilities include developing partner programs, creating business plans with partners, and coaching them to meet targets while maintaining strong relationships and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Languages: Bilingual in Chinese and English (Required).
• Experience: 5+ years in marketing/sales, preferably in channel or partner management.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Traits: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
