Responsibilities

• Champion customer service: Answer incoming calls and communications, ensuring every customer’s needs are met with urgency and care.
• Master multitasking: Juggle multiple orders, schedules, and priorities—coordinate with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams for timely deliveries.
• Lead by example: Set standards for professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence within Central Dispatch.
• Drive operational efficiency: Monitor metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement solutions.
• Resolve challenges: Manage inquiries, address delivery or quality issues, turning problems into opportunities to excel.
• Foster collaboration: Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members.
• Promote safety: Uphold all safety regulations and policies, creating a safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement: Participate in meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
