Job summary

Covenant House New York seeks a Family Covenant Scattered Site Case Manager to support 18-25 year-old parents and their children living in scattered-site permanent housing across New York City. You will work closely with a coordinator and a housing specialist to deliver comprehensive, trauma-informed services in the field and office settings.

This role emphasizes youth development, advocacy, and collaboration with service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year experience in residential or scattered-site setting preferred.
• Trauma-informed care knowledge/experience required.
• Experience with resiliency-based youth development and supporting young people.

Responsibilities

• Provides integrated counseling and case management services.
• Engages young adults and their children to promote growth and housing stability.
• Develops individual service plans with goals and post-program planning.
• Meets youth in home, office, and community settings to track progress.
• Delivers parenting-focused curriculum and facilitates home visits.
• Maintains confidential records and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Utilizes agency systems for case information; available after-hours for emergencies.
