Job summary

KidsPeace is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager for immediate openings within our KidsHaven program. Located in Bethlehem, PA, this role serves unaccompanied migrant children, delivering trauma‑informed and culturally responsive care to support reunification and wellbeing.

You will perform intensive case management duties, develop reunification plans, and collaborate with a compassionate team to promote safety and trust for youth navigating major transitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of paid experience with case management and service coordination.
• Bilingual proficiency—reading, writing, and speaking in English and Spanish—required.
• Must pass Criminal Record History Clearance and Child Abuse History Clearance, plus physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management services for assigned cases, including reunification planning.
• Maintain a strong commitment to youth safety and respond to ongoing concerns and developments.
