Job summary

Everstand is seeking a Bilingual Youth Care Professional (YCP) to provide direct care and supervision for youth in a trauma-informed residential setting in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will build trusting relationships, support daily routines, and collaborate with clinical teams to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, documentation, transportation as needed, and participation in activities that build life skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma, GED, or AA required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth in related settings is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, supervision, and support to youth in a residential setting.
• Build positive, professional, youth-guided relationships.
• Support daily routines, including hygiene, meals, activities, and life skills.
