Job summary

Everstand is seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist for the Caminos Program in Martinsburg, WV. The role focuses on youth intake, discharge coordination, and trauma-informed care within a supportive, therapeutic environment.

You will mentor direct care staff, collaborate with clinical teams, and ensure compliance with program requirements while supporting safety and daily living skills for youth. This is a full-time, on-site position with weekend and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of youth-focused social services experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to complete required certifications and background checks, including ORR training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate youth intake, admission, and discharge processes and required documentation.
• Welcome and orient new youth in a safe, supportive environment.
• Coach and mentor direct care staff in trauma-informed practices.
• Support individualized safety, behavioral, and treatment interventions.
• Collaborate with supervisors and clinical staff on youth programming and care.
• Administer medications as directed and provide safe transportation as needed.
