PharmaCord is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager who will play a critical role in assisting patients throughout their medication journey. This position focuses on managing patient cases, communicating effectively, and ensuring timely access to necessary medications. Candidates will be responsible for relationship management, benefit investigations, and providing personalized case management. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
• Customer service and healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 11 pm required.
