Qualifications

• Customer service and healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients' cases from initiation to closure.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and prescribers.
• Perform benefit investigations and prioritize authorization appeals.
