Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Specialty Pharmacy and/or biotech/pharma.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Aufgaben

• Direct and manage patient access and support processes between consented patients and care teams.
• Oversee onboarding of new patients and ongoing CRM updates with patient status changes.
• Provide reimbursement education and support to patients, caregivers, and providers.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Advocacy groups to coordinate education events.
