Job summary
The Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC) Asian Family Services program in New York City is seeking a full-time Case Aide to support administrative functions, maintain case files, and prepare regular and ad hoc reports. - Minimum associate degree in human services, social work, or related field.
- Prior experience in education, community outreach and family work a plus.
- Child welfare experience a plus.
- Familiarity with the NYC entitlement system a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist Supervisor and Caseworkers in managing case files and reports.
- Support Family Team Conferences and organize workshops and community activities.
- Help identify community sources and translate/escort as needed.
- Prepare educational/outreach materials for parenting education.
