Qualifications

• Strong communication, empathy and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver training sessions at branches.
• Maintain attendance records and program documentation for compliance.
• Welcome and process all walk-in applicants; enter data in systems.
• Facilitate onboarding: collect documents and verify credentials.
• Track onboarding deadlines and ensure smooth transitions for caregivers.
