Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Social Services, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care, healthcare operations, scheduling, client services, or care coordination.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or training experience preferred.
• Experience working with caregiver staffing, visit verification, and client authorization management preferred.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and healthcare scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Train new client coordinators and provide ongoing support to the team.
• Optimize hours utilization by reassigning caregivers to maximize approved hours.
• Verify visits daily to prevent billing delays and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with client staffing and promptly assign caregivers to clients.
• Monitor coordinator dashboards and address abnormalities promptly.
• Follow up with VA clients to obtain authorizations.
• Process authorization adjustments and terminations promptly.
• Oversee timesheet accuracy and timeliness for caregivers.
• Mediate conflicts between caregivers and clients to maintain positive relations.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors.
