Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a Caregiver Coordinator & Trainer to manage the full hiring and onboarding pipeline, from application to first shift. This role builds relationships with caregivers, ensuring they are trained, certified, and integrated into the care team.

You will work within established systems to keep candidate records complete, support scheduling, and contribute to client care quality and caregiver retention.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on every item.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple caregivers and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver applications, interview and onboard, ensure documents are complete.
• Lead new hire orientations and training with clear expectations and systems.
• Coordinate with scheduling and HR platforms to track onboarding and certifications.
• Maintain caregiver records and ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Monitor onboarding progress and communicate next steps to applicants.
