Job summary

CSI, a Help at Home Company, is seeking a Care Coordinator based in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on caregiver scheduling, care coordination, and delivering excellent client experiences.

Strong bilingual English/Spanish communication is required to support clients and caregivers across our Florida centers. The position emphasizes HIPAA compliance, documentation, and collaborative work with branch managers, care teams, and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client and employee files and related paperwork.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance for patient records and confidentiality.
• Coordinate caregiver assignments based on client needs and care plans.
• Monitor caregiver performance to ensure high-quality personal care.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, caregivers and team leads.
• Occasionally conduct in-home visits to connect with clients and caregivers.
• Prepare and submit routine departmental reports as required.
• Document client conditions and overall service; record client satisfaction surveys where applicable.
• Handle client complaints promptly and document issues for resolution.
