Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain client and employee files and related paperwork.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records.
• Assign homecare aides based on client needs and care plan.
• Monitor performance of homecare aides to ensure quality service.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, and managers.
