CSI, a Help at Home Company, is seeking an On-site Care Supervisor Lead in Miami to oversee a team of Care Supervisors, schedule care, and coordinate client services. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality home care and maintaining exceptional client and caregiver experiences.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with English/Spanish fluency, office-based hours, and a commitment to operational excellence in a growing, purpose-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• At least three years in health care, preferably home health, with two years supervisory experience.
• Intermediate level computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of Care Supervisors; manage scheduling, coaching, and performance.
• Ensure compliance and maintain client and caregiver experiences.
• Coordinate Care Givers' schedules to maintain client service.
• Lead team meetings and training; assign duties and ensure understanding of responsibilities.
