Jenkins Mazda is seeking a Sales Associate who is bilingual in English and Spanish to drive showroom traffic and convert inquiries into appointments and sales. You will greet customers, assess needs, present vehicles, and guide through paperwork with support from floor managers.

Ideal candidates enjoy high interaction, a customer-first approach, and a drive to achieve targets while delivering an exceptional dealership experience.

Competenze

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with ability to serve both language groups.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow sales processes and show plans.

Mansioni

• Manage daily inbound and outbound customer traffic and follow-up to maximize appointments and sales.
• Use Vin Solutions CRM to track leads, activity, and outcomes.
• Make initial contact, email, and confirm appointments to improve show rates.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and present the right vehicle with support from the Floor Manager.
• Demonstrate vehicles, present numbers, facilitate paperwork, and deliver vehicles.
• Complete post-sale follow-up, generate referrals, and maintain ongoing customer contact.
