Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities and follow-up on inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Use Vin Solutions CRM to manage leads, track activity, and measure results.
• Make initial calls, send personalized emails, and confirm appointments to improve show rates.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and present vehicles with Floor Manager support.
• Guide customers through paperwork and vehicle delivery, delivering a strong presentation.
• Follow up with customers to generate referrals and maintain ongoing contact.
