Qualifications

• Spanish fluency is required.
• Dealership experience is a plus; we’ll train the right person.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every customer on the showroom floor and the lot.
• Present and demo new and used inventory—features, options, benefits.
• Run the full sales process to company standards, from handshake to close.
• Prep sold units for delivery and make the handoff memorable.
• Follow up after the sale to protect CSI and build your repeat book.
• Maintain a prospect development system.
• Work with the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and reviews.
