Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work daily plan for showroom and follow-up activities.
• Use Vin Solutions CRM to manage leads and track activity.
• Make initial calls and send emails to schedule appointments; confirm show rates.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and present suitable vehicles with management support.
• Demonstrate vehicles, present numbers, complete paperwork, and deliver vehicles.
• Follow-up with sold and unsold customers and generate referrals.
• Sign customers up for their first service appointment at delivery.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
