Jenkins Auto Group is seeking a Sales Associate (Bilingual – English/Spanish Preferred) to join our team. The role focuses on converting showroom and inbound opportunities into appointments and sales, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work with management to maximize customer traffic, using Vin Solutions CRM for lead management and follow-ups, and will guide customers through the buying process with a professional presentation.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and telephone skills are essential.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude are required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and trainable with good reading comprehension.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws that govern retail sales.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for serving diverse customers.

Aufgaben

• Execute daily business plan for showroom traffic, phone-ups, follow-ups, and service opportunities.
• Use Vin Solutions CRM to manage leads, track activity, and measure results.
• Make initial calls, send personalized emails, and confirm appointments to improve show rates.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and present vehicles with Floor Manager support.
• Demonstrate vehicles, present numbers, facilitate paperwork, and deliver vehicles.
• Complete sold and unsold follow-up, generate referrals, and maintain ongoing customer contact.
• Schedule first service appointments at delivery.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
