Job summary

Jenkins Mazda in Florida is seeking a driven Sales Associate to maximize inbound showroom, phone, and online opportunities and convert them into appointments, sales, and long-term customers. You will use Vin Solutions CRM to manage leads, greet customers, conduct needs assessments, present vehicles, and guide all paperwork to a successful delivery.

The role emphasizes excellent people skills, professional appearance, and the ability to build relationships that drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Professional appearance and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Self-motivated, organized and trainable.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local laws that govern retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Work a daily business plan covering showroom traffic, phone-ups, follow-up, and service opportunities.
• Use Vin Solutions CRM to manage leads, track activity, and measure results.
• Greet customers, perform needs assessments, and present the right vehicle with manager support.
• Demonstrate vehicles, present numbers, facilitate paperwork, and deliver vehicles.
• Complete sold and unsold follow-up, generate referrals, and maintain ongoing customer contact.
• Sign customers up for their first service appointment at delivery.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
