Qualifications

• A high school diploma and 1–3 years of call center experience.
• Bilingual with excellent Spanish and English communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Outstanding verbal communication and ability to interact with all organizational levels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Answering, screening, and relaying calls from members and claimants.
• Researching claimant inquiries and logging details in RG/2’s database.
• Data entry of claimant data into RG/2’s database.
• Processing of mail as needed.
