Job summary

EchoStar Corporation in Tulsa seeks a Customer Experience Representative to handle billing, programming, and tech support questions, while promoting products to enhance the DISH TV experience for new and existing customers.

The role is full-time on-site with paid training. The compensation starts at $18.50/hour plus a $0.50 language differential, with an extra $2/hour for evening and weekend shifts. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Summary

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Call Center Representative

$18.50/hr + .50/hr Language Differential - Earn an additional $2/hr for shifts after 6 PM and on weekends! We provide full-time paid training!
