DISH is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Tulsa, OK. You will handle billing, programming, and troubleshooting questions while promoting products to enhance the DISH TV experience.

Qualified candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, able to work full-time on-site, and eager to grow within the company. Training is provided, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.

Summary

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions – including promoting products and services to our new and existing customers so they get the most value and enjoyment from their DISH TV experience.

$18.50/hr + .50/hr Language Differential - Earn an additional $2/hr for shifts after 6 PM and on weekends! We provide full-time paid training!
