Clark Resources in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative for a full-time contract position. You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering courteous, professional service and accurate information.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to pass a bilingual proficiency evaluation. Training may be in-office, with 8-hour shifts between early morning and evening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Call center experience: 1 year preferred.
• Customer service experience: 1 year preferred.
• Ability to pass a proficiency evaluation for bilingual skills.

Clark Resources is currently seeking qualified Bilingual Call Center Representatives for an upcoming project. The role involves managing a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls with the goal of delivering a positive customer experience characterized by courtesy and professionalism. Representatives will actively listen to clients to understand the purpose of their call, address all questions, and provide accurate, efficient responses. Communication will be conducted via web-based tools and telephone. Proficiency in typing, grammar, and documentation within various computer applications is required.
