The role emphasizes clear English and Spanish communication, as well as accurate data entry and adherence to performance metrics. The compensation includes a base rate of $16/hr with an attendance premium up to $18.50/hr base equivalent through the attendance program.

Because we serve both English and Spanish speaking caller communities, candidates must demonstrate verbal and written communication in both languages, providing clear translation and message relay as needed.

• Gather, verify, and route caller information accurately to the appropriate clients.
• Enter caller details into our software quickly and with strong attention to detail.
• Consistently hit core performance goals, including schedule adherence, average handling times, and quality assurance standards.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Rate: $16/hr
• Attendance Premium: Earn an additional rate boost up to $18.50/hr base equivalent through our perfrect attendance program (covering shift punctuality, return-from-break timing, and full shift completion).
