Job summary

Community Dental Partners in Denton, TX is seeking a full-time Bilingual Call Center Representative specialized in oral surgery. This role handles inbound calls, schedules appointments, and guides patients through the process to ensure a warm, accurate patient experience.

You will communicate fluently in English and Spanish, use Google Suite and call center systems, and meet targets for call volume and appointment conversion while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

At Community Dental Partners, we take pride in servicing our practices with communication support through phone calls to support our patients in creating a unique experience on the phone and in the practice.

Our Call Center Specialists work on answering inbound calls and calling patients when we receive referrals from the practice. Our role in the Call Center is to take inbound calls for oral surgery and orthodontics patients to schedule an appointment based on their needs. Along with creating the appointment, we follow outlined processes to confirm appointments and assist patients with their needs.

Representatives:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; the flexibility to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Provide excellent phone skills: clear, articulate communication to accurately describe our services to patients and collect information
• Provide a superior customer service experience through the phone
• Meet departmental goals for inbound and outbound calls
• Convert leads into appointments

Education and Experience
