Qualifications

• One to two years' experience in healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) language strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments and performs patient registration and check-in/check-out.
• Answers calls, greets patients, and directs them to the appropriate staff.
• Obtains patient demographics and insurance information and verifies eligibility.
• Collects co-pays and outstanding balances and completes daily cash reconciliation.
• Communicates and coordinates with providers and clinical staff to ensure timely care.
