Job summary

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote position that still requires you to pick up equipment in Tallahassee. You will assist individuals with information and support regarding benefits, and convey accurate, consistent guidance to help customers navigate services.

You will deliver quality customer service, document interactions, and collaborate with team members to resolve questions while upholding our commitment to excellent health service management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
