Job summary

Optum is seeking a Customer Service professional to support Sales Agents via phone, delivering high quality service and relevant sales solutions. You will become an expert on tools, content, and processes to help agents complete transactions and applications.

Qualifications

1+ years of Customer Service experience.
Experience in a production environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
PC Navigation experience.
Availability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) including evenings, holidays, weekends, overtime as needed.
Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide phone support to Sales Agents with high quality service and sales solutions.
Be an authority on Sales Agent tools, products, features, and content to aid agents.
Complete training to stay current on content, systems, products, and company policies.
Document interactions clearly in systems and maintain accurate records.
Meet and exceed performance goals on a regular basis.
Engage in career development resources to grow within the role.
