Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handles a high volume of inbound calls and schedules appointments.
• Responds to patient inquiries and provides information or solutions.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Communicates with medical staff regarding patient visits and concerns.
• Escalates issues to supervisor as needed.
