Qualificações

• Must have 1+ year in customer service or call center.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in clinical/ambulatory care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments and answering inquiries.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and Zufall policies.
• Document call information per SOPs and route to appropriate departments.
