First Choice Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish speaking Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and families. The role handles calls, messages, appointment scheduling, and patient information verification with courteous, accurate service.

The full-time position offers weekday schedules, on-site work, and benefits. Prior call center experience and a HS Diploma or GED preferred. This nonprofit organization supports community health access.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers all incoming calls in a timely manner in a call center setting.
• Schedules/reschedules patient appointments, answers questions, and relays concerns to a supervisor.
• Obtains and verifies required information, such as patient demographics.
• Make same-day appointments for medical, family, pediatrics and specialty providers.
• Refer to nurse or provider triage as needed.
