Universal Processing LLC (uP) is seeking a Business Development Associate for an on-site role in Chicago. You will be the brand ambassador, prospecting SMBs, presenting our payment solutions, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US at time of hire; E-Verify employer.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin-Chinese; read/write in both.
• Degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather leads, cold call, and schedule appointments to develop new business.
• Engage with SMB owners to introduce products and services.
• Input lead data and pricing information into databases.
• Follow up with potential clients to pursue opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and manage the sales pipeline.
