Universal Processing (uP) seeks a Business Development Associate to be the brand ambassador, driving new client acquisition in a fully onsite role. You will gather leads, perform cold calls, and present our payment solutions to SMBs, becoming a key first contact for clients.
The position offers formal on-the-job training, competitive base pay, and uncapped commissions with bonuses. Authorized to work in the US is required, with Mandarin-Chinese fluency a must for this role.

This is a non-exempt position, with a base rate of $27.00/hourduring the probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the base rate will increase to $30.00/hour.
The Business Development Associate role is a fully onsite position, 5 days a week. This position serves as the first point of contact to our clients, as part of our sales department. You will be the brand ambassador to our company by introducing the business solutions we provide to the clients.
