You will promote bank products, ensure teller balances, and drive new account production in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. You must be fluent in Spanish and English, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in Spanish and English.
• Experience with cash handling in sales or customer service.
• Familiarity with bank regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly services to customers, handling cash accurately.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Promote bank products and services to support customers' financial needs.
• Ensure teller balances and identify discrepancies, reporting to management as needed.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Participate in in-store sales opportunities and development calls with management.
• Guide and support growth and sales production of personal bankers.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Serve a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Maintain neat teller area appearance and adhere to bank policy.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
